The chair of our MVP is a local mum

Marise Astall-Palin lives locally, and has used Leighton hospital and other local maternity services in recent years. As a busy mum, working for a local mental health charity, she understands the importance of having your voice heard. She firmly believes that putting women and their families’ voices at the heart of maternity services makes a huge difference. Using co-production with local maternity services means services can be tailored to those using them. It is important the local community feel empowered to speak and know they are listened to, no matter what their background or experience.
